ABC has given a full-season order to the second season of Schooled.
The Goldbergs spinoff has added Tom Hertz and Vanessa McCarthy to its cast. Tim Doyle has been replaced after he left. Doyle joined in Season 2 after replacing Marc Firek, the co-creator of Schooled along with Adam F. Goldberg.
Initially, the series was renewed with a 13-episode order.
The show is set in the 1990s and it follows the personal and professional life of the teachers at William Penn Academy which include: Lainey Lewis (AJ Michalka) the music teacher and WP graduate, Principal John Glascott (Tim Meadows), Coach Rick Mellor (Bryan Callen), and English teacher CB (Brett Dier).
