And Just Like That… made quite a splash since premiering on HBO Max, and its ending is nowhere in sight. Despite originally being conceived as a mini-series, the S-x and the City revival has been renewed again and it will be back for its third season.

Max head of content, Sarah Aubrey, confirmed the show’s renewal and reflected on its enormous success over the course of the past two seasons.

“We are delighted to share that since the launch of Season 2, And Just Like That.. ranks as the No. 1 Max Original overall and is the most-watched returning Max Original to date… We cannot wait for audiences to see where Season 3 will take our favorite New Yorkers,” she said in a statement.

And Just Like That… sees Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristin Davis, and Cynthia Nixon return to their roles from the original S-x and the City franchise, as their characters try to navigate the complicated reality of life and friendship in their 50s. Season 2 saw Carrie trying to overcome Mr. Big’s death, while Miranda and Charlotte both embarked on a journey of self-discovery in their own way.

Kim Cattrall, who played Samantha Jones in S-x and the City, isn’t a part of the show’s core cast, but she’s expected to make a brief cameo in the Season 2 finale on August 24.
