Nicki Minaj could be considered quite an angry rapper.
But now the “Chun-Li” rapper is set to be an Angry Bird.
Nicki has become the latest to star to sign up for the Angry Birds sequel, which premieres next August.
The original flick was based on the video game (which celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2019) and earned $350 million worldwide.
The Angry Birds Movie 2 will see the return of Jason Sudeikis, Josh Gad, Bill Hader, Danny McBride, and Peter Dinklage; as well as the addition of Leslie Jones, Rachel Bloom, Awkwafina, Sterling K. Brown, and Miss Minaj.
It is not yet known which role the 36 year old will lend her voice to, or if she will provide music for the film.
