The latest offering in the Star Wars universe is proving to be a reunion of note.

With production well underway on Star Wars: Episode IX, director J.J. Abrams seems to be adding even more and more stars with whom he has previously worked.

It was announced last month that Dominic Monaghan, who had partnered with the filmmaker on Lost, would be heading to a galaxy far, far away; as well as Felicity star, Keri Russell; and it looks as though they will now be joined by J.J.’s regular collaborator, Greg Grunberg.

In addition to having a blink-and-you’d-miss-it role on Lost as the pilot, J.J. and Greg have also worked together in the past on Felicity, Alias, and Mission: Impossible III.

Greg’s role in the final part of the Star Wars trilogy is remaining under wraps, but let’s hope that this time he plays a character that survives!
