Adele made quite a splash with her comeback single “Easy On Me” and its chart domination continues three months later. This hit song just logged its tenth week atop the Billboard Hot 100 chart, tying with “Hello” as her longest-running no. 1 single.

“Easy on Me” drew 99 million radio airplay audience impressions and 14.3 million U.S. streams during its most recent tracking week. It had to face some tough competition in “We Don’t Talk About Bruno” from Encanto at no. 2—only the second Disney song to soar this high on the chart.

Adele set several major milestones with “Easy on Me”, which ties the record with her hit single “Hello” for her longest personal Hot 100 reign. Both songs spent ten weeks atop the chart, and she’s currently only the seventh artist with at least two songs to rule Hot 100 for double-digit weeks. She joins in the ranks of Boyz II Men and Drake with three leaders each, and The Black Eyed Peas, Mariah Carey, Santana, and Pharrell Williams with two.

“Easy on Me” was originally released on October 15th, as the lead single from her comeback album 30, which went on to become the best-selling album of 2021 following its release.
