“Black-ish” Season 7 Gets Order for Mores Episodes at ABC

Season seven of the Kenya Barris created series has been given an additional episode order. 

ABC has given a six-episode back order to Black-ish, which means that the current season of the critically acclaimed comedy series officially constitutes a full season order consisting of 21 episodes. 

Black-ish addresses current events through the stories of the Johnson family, including systemic racism and the movement for social justice and equality. It stars Anthony Anderson, Tracee Ellis Ross, Yara Shahidi, Marcus Scribner, Miles Brown, Marsai Martin, Laurence Fishburne, Jenifer Lewis, Peter Mackenzie, Deon Cole, and Jeff Meacham.

Season seven premiered October 21. New episodes air Wednesdays.
