Fresh off of making her feature film debut, Cardi B is set to star in another.
The Hustlers actress is the newest cast member of the Fast & Furious franchise which is currently filming its 9th installment.
News of Cardi’s addition was broken by Vin Diesel who shared it on his Instagram account.
“I know I’m exhausted, we all gave every single thing we could for this movie, put it all on the table, put it all out there,” he said in the video.
Alongside him sat the Finesse rapper who was dressed in black gloves and a black vest.
“I’m tired, but I can’t wait. I ain’t gonna front, this is gonna be the best one,” she chimed in.
Cardi’s role has not yet been revealed, but we do know that her scenes were shot in the UK and that she was present on the last day of filming.
The Grammy award winner will be starring alongside Dame Helen Mirren, Charlize Theron, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Jordana Brewster, and Ludacris, with Justin Lin directing.
Fast & Furious 9 will be in theatres on May 22nd, 2020.
