Hollywood witnessed a wonderful union this past weekend.
After a year of dating — six months of which they were engaged — Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger walked down the aisle!
The couple made it official at the at San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito, California on June 8th, surrounded by family and friends that included actor Rob Lowe and director James Gunn.
This was not the first marriage for the Guardians of the Galaxy actor who was previously hitched to Mom star Anna Faris. Their 6-year-old son, Jack, was part of the big day as he walked down the aisle wearing a suit which matched his dad’s.
The bride, who is the daughter, of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver, looked breathtaking in a Giorgio Armani lace number for the ceremony, before changing into a satin gown, also by Armani, for the reception.
“Yesterday was the best day of our lives!” the happy couple wrote on Instagram after their wedding. “We became husband and wife in front of God, our families and those we love. It was intimate, moving and emotional. We feel so blessed to begin this new chapter of our lives. We are so thankful to our families and our friends who stood with us and grateful to Mr. Giorgio Armani who created a once in a lifetime dress for Katherine to wear and for me, the perfect suit. This morning we feel nothing but blessed.”
