One of the longest-running daytime soaps, and one that is still on the air, has been renewed for a whopping 56th season!
Multiple outlets report that NBC has renewed Days of Our Lives for another season. The good news for cast, crew, and fans follow very recent news that the entire cast of the series had been released from their contracts.
According to Deadline, executive producer Ken Corday delivered the news to the cast. The deal with the network is not completely done, but it’s close.
Days first debuted in 1965 and has since aired over 13,000 episodes.
