Jack Gleeson has just landed his first television gig post Game of Thrones.

Gleeson, who played the sadistic King Joffrey on HBO’s critically acclaimed drama, is returning to TV after a six-year hiatus from acting.

The 27-year-old Brit has joined the BBC comedy Out of Her Mind. The series hails from comedienne Sara Pascoe, as well as Simon Pegg and Nick Frost, who are on board as executive producers.

According to Variety, the series will explore heartbreak, family and how to survive them both.

Out Of Her Mind is a direct expression of my mind. We’ve turned my brain into a theme-park, and everyone’s invited,” said Pascoe. “The cast are INCREDIBLE and I can’t wait for people to see what we’ve made.”
