Halsey and G-Eazy gave us one of the most romantic duets of the last few years with Him & I, but it seems they weren’t built to last. The couple announced they’re “taking some time apart” after a year of dating.
The singer posted a note about the breakup with the rapper to her Instagram story a few days ago. She wished G-Eazy all the best and thanked the fans for respecting their privacy at this time.
“I normally keep this kind of thing private but provided our public nature I feel the need to inform my fans. G-Eazy and I are taking some time apart I’m eager to continue the upcoming passage of time dedicating myself to my art and my career, and the duration of my tour,” wrote Halsey.
