2018 Peabody Awards Showcase Stories That Matter

Time to roll out the red carpet, everybody. The 2018 Peabody Awards acknowledged some of the most prestigious shows that tell a story relevant to the turmoil of our times or of the past; stories that matter.

Who Won Big?

Among the winners was the most popular and already award-winning, The Handmaid’s Tale, led by the charming Elizabeth Moss who also starred in the hit series Mad Men on HBO. Other series honored included Netflix’s A Series Of Unfortunate Events Last Week Tonight With John Oliver, and newcomers American Vandal and The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, both of which were the only series in their first season to win under adult entertainment.

Those series and the cast and crew who comprise it will celebrate the big wins on May 19th with Minhaj at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City – a place always ready for a good party.
