Listen to Rick and Morty sing for Kanye West on his birthday.
As a 41st birthday present, Kim Kardashian West commissioned an original birthday song from everybody’s favorite cartoon characters, Rick and Morty.
Kanye has used Twitter in the past to express his love for the show. Back in May when it was confirmed that Rick and Morty had been renewed for 70 more episodes, the star tweeted: “This is the greatest news. This is my favorite show. I’ve seen every episode at least 5 times each.”
The song starts with “happy birthday” but ends up taking a slightly chilling but hilarious turn. Rick narrates climbing in through Kanye’s window and into his bed while an even-more-nervous-than-usual Morty protests. The sci-fi duo then claims to take one of the singer’s hairs so that they can clone him in the lab later. Before making a speedy get-away, Rick kisses Kanye on the forehead and whispers “I love you.”
As far as birthday presents go, being sung to by Rick and Morty definitely takes the cake.
