The first look at Netflix’s forthcoming animated film is here.
The streaming giant has unveiled the first trailer for the stylized CG animated film The Willoughbys.
Based on the book by Lois Lowry, the film centers on four Willoughby children who are convinced they’d be better off raising themselves. The children hatch a sneaky plan to send their selfish parents on vacation, and with the help of an eccentric nanny they embark on an adventure to find the true meaning of family.
The film features a stellar voice cast including Will Forte, Maya Rudolph, Alessia Cara, Terry Crews, Martin Short, Jane Krakowski, Séan Cullen, and Ricky Gervais.
The Willoughbys will be released on Netflix on April 22.
