Teen drama The Fallout is currently filming in Los Angeles, and it rounded out a pretty impressive cast. Shailene Woodley, Julie Bowen, John Ortiz, and Will Ropp are the latest stars to join the cast of this promising project.

The Fallout will center around a high school student Vada (Jenna Ortega) as she navigates the emotional fallout of a school tragedy, which will forever alter her view of the world and relationships with her family and friends.

The Fallout is the feature debut of actress and filmmaker Megan Park, who helmed several short movies and music videos in the past, in addition to starring alongside Shailene Woodley on The Secret Life of the American Teenager. The cast of this project will also include Maddie Ziegler and Niles Fitch.

Both Woodley and Bowen accepted the roles in this project on the heels of successful TV projects that recently ended their run. Woodley starred on the HBO drama Big Little Lies which wrapped up this summer, while Bowen said goodbye to the role of Claire Dunphy on the hit sitcom Modern Family after 11 seasons.
