Stars Celebrate International Women’s Day

Saturday marked International Women’s Day, and the women of Hollywood took time to pay tribute to their fellow females.

Jennifer Garner had a simple, yet important message — help a sister out. The Camping actress shared a sweet video of women helping each other up, alongside the caption, “Happy #InternationalWomensDay, today and every day.”

Kate Hudson, who recently became mom to a daughter, posted a video of her and baby Rani, in which she declared to women of the world, “We celebrate you, all that you do and all that you are.”

Another new momma, Hilary Duff, also showed off her little girl, with the message: “Who run the world???!!! GIRLS! #happyinternationalwomensday Never settle for less, know your worth, and BE BOLD! We make it allll happen and nobody better forget it!!!!!!”

Singer Shakira treated us to a montage of women from around the world, accompanied by the words, “Women are: Resilience Perseverance Intelligence Generosity.”

But not only women posted messages acknowledging their fellow women, as many of Hollywood’s male stars recognized their wives and all that they have achieved.

“Today we celebrate International Women’s Day… I’m so blessed to have these amazing women in my life, they inspire me every single day… Happy International Women’s Day to all the inspirational women around the world,” David Beckham wrote in tribute to his wife Victoria and daughter Harper.

Kristen Bell’s husband, Dax Shepard, posted a picture of his Frozen wife, with the caption, “I’m surrounded by the strongest, smartest, most beautiful women in the whole world. I am the luckiest guy I know.”
