Two more stars have been added to the cast of Disney+ Rogue One spinoff. Stellan Skarsgard (Chernobyl) and Kyle Soller (101 Dalmation Street) will be joining Diego Luna and Alan Tudyk in the untitled series.

Tony Gilroy, the co-writer of Rogue One, will be writing the pilot and he’s also helming several episodes with series showrunner Stephen Schiff.

The series will focus on Luna’s Cassian Andor during the early days of the Rebellion’s battle with the Empire and Alan Tudyk will reprise his role as deadpan droid K-2SO.

Disney+ announced the series last year calling it a “spy thriller” and the show is set to debut in 2021, but it’s unknown if this will happen as the coronavirus has slowed down production.

The Star Wars series have been very popular on the streaming service and The Mandalorian is set for a second season and there will be another series that focuses on a young Obi Wan-Kenobi with Ewan McGregor reprising his role.
