Bad Bunny is no stranger to epic music videos, but he took things to a whole new level with his latest. He enlisted The Simpsons for some help and shared a video for “Te Deseo Lo Mejor” that’s completely set in the world of the popular animated series.

Directed by David Silverman, the mastermind behind The Simpsons Movie, the video opens with Homer getting himself in trouble after missing the family dinner. In an attempt to get back in Marge’s good graces, he enlists Bad Bunny for help.

The reggaeton superstar plays Cupid for the couple and helps Homer reunite with Marge. After running into Bad Bunny on several occasions throughout the video, Homer ends up on stage during his concert and manages to pull off a grand gesture to win over Marge.

Don’t expect to hear the voices of the American cast in the video because it was filmed entirely in Spanish. It features the voiceover actors from the Latin American dub of the show, Humberto Vélez and Claudia Motta.

“Te Deseo Lo Mejor” was released as one of the songs from Bad Bunny’s third solo album El Último Tour Del Mundo from 2020. This record was a huge hit and it made history as the first all-Spanish-language album to reach No. 1 on the US Billboard 200 chart.

Latin music has been experiencing a huge boom in the U.S. for quite some time, and Bad Bunny is one of the artists responsible for putting it back on the map. He set another major milestone with his latest album El Último Tour del Mundo, the first all-Spanish record to ever top the U.S. Billboard 200 chart.

Several Latin artists, including Jennifer Lopez and Ricky Martin, gave us no. 1 albums in the past, but none of them were Spanish-language records. Bad Bunny’s latest LP is actually only the fourth all-Spanish album to make it to the top five, after his own album YHLQMDLG, Mana’s Amar es Combatir and Shakira’s Fijación Oral: Vol. 1.

In addition to topping the Billboard 200 chart this week, with 116,000 equivalent album units earned, the album did pretty well on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Bad Bunny’s latest single “Dakiti” featuring Jhay Cortez hit no. 5, becoming his third single to make it to the top five in the U.S..

El Último Tour del Mundo was released on November 27th, and it already produced several more hit songs, including the Rosalía collaboration “La Noche de Anoche” and “Yo Visto Así”, which was promoted with a star-studded video, featuring Ricky Martin and Sofía Vergara.

“Te Deseo Lo Mejor” was released as one of the songs from Bad Bunny’s third solo album El Último Tour Del Mundo from 2020. This record was a huge hit and it made history as the first all-Spanish-language album to reach No. 1 on the US Billboard 200 chart.
