Katie Silberman wrote the screenplay for Don’t Worry, Darling which is based on a script by Shane and Carey Van Dyke. The film is set in the 1950s in an isolated community in the California desert. Details about the plot are being kept under wraps with production set to start this fall.
New Line Cinemas acquired the rights to the film in August 2019, following a bidding war due to the critical acclaim of Wilde’s directorial debut Booksmart.
Styles got his start with the band One Direction and he made his acting debut in Christopher Nolan’s Dunkirk. Nolan told journalists that he cast Styles because “he has an old-fashioned face … the kind of face that makes you believe he could have been alive in that period.”

]]>DC’s superhero film starring Gal Gadot experienced several release date shifts since it was officially announced. It’s now expected to premiere on December 25th, and the director Patty Jenkins said it’s important for her to bring this movie to the big screen when we can all experience it together.
Warner Bros’ chairman Toby Emmerich echoed her statement and described Wonder Woman 1984 as “an incredibly dynamic film that moviegoers of all ages around the world will absolutely love” and added they’re very proud of the final result.
This highly anticipated sequel will show Wonder Woman trying to defeat two new villains—Max Lord (Pedro Pascal) and The Cheetah (Kristen Wiig). In addition, Chris Pine, Robin Wright, and Connie Nielsen will also be reprising their roles from the first film.
