The network confirmed it has cast American actor Jonathan Tucker as the male lead. 

The sci-fi pilot, which hails from Almost Human creator J.H. Wyman, follows two agents from two different continents and two different mindsets, who must work together to investigate when wreckage from a destroyed alien spacecraft has mysterious effects on humankind.

Tucker is set to portray one of those agent — CIA operative Bryan Beneventi, a headstrong and smart agent. 

Tucker’s TV roles include City on a Hill, The Kingdom, Westworld, American Gods, and Snowfall. His feature credits include Charlie’s Angels, The Virgin Suicides, Hostage, and In the Valley of Elah.
