]]>The Tony-winning cast consisting of Jim Parsons, Zachary Quinto, Tuc Watkins, Andrew Rannells, Matt Bomer, Michael Benjamin Washington, and Robin de Jesús will come together for Joe Mantello’s film adaptation of his Broadway show inspired by the play by Mart Crowley.
The film centers around a group of gay men who gather for a birthday party in New York in 1968. Before long, a night filled with drinks starts to fall apart after a guest from the host’s past shows up.
This won’t be the first adaptation of The Boys in the Band, the 1968 Broadway company starred in a film adaptation directed by William Friedkin in 1970.
The Boys in the Band will premiere on Netflix on September 30. Check out the trailer below.

]]>Ryan Murphy took to Instagram to unveil the cast of the forthcoming installment of American Horror Story, revealing both new and returning cast members.
Murphy’s video announcement confirmed that franchise staples Sarah Paulson and Evan Peters will be coming back for this season of the show. They will be joined by recurring series stars Kathy Bates, Leslie Grossman, Billie Lourd, Adina Porter, Lily Rabe, Angelica Ross and Finn Wittrock.
Culkin is best known for playing Kevin McCallister in Home Alone. He most recently appeared as a guest star on the comedy Dollface.
