Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour is one of October’s most highly-anticipated theatrical experiences – and it will be available all around the world! After initially only announcing the North American dates for her concert film, Swift decided to go global and take The Eras Tour to theatres worldwide.

Swift shared the amazing news on social media and said she’s excited to tell her fans that The Eras Tour concert film is now officially coming to theaters worldwide on October 13. It will premiere in North America on the same day and it made quite a splash following its announcement, earning $37 on the first day of pre-sales in the U.S. alone.

Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour will have a major impact on October’s theatrical landscape after its surprise announcement caught the studios off guard. Several films were forced to shift their release dates to avoid competing with Swift at the box office.

This concert film was filmed during three shows at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California this August before Swift headed to Argentina and Brazil to conclude the run of 2023 dates. The Eras Tour will continue in Japan in February, and Swift is expected to head to Australia and Singapore before performing all around Europe and returning to North America for a run of fall concerts in October and November 2024.
