The Boys took us on one wild ride after another in the past few years, and the stakes will be higher than ever in Season 4. Amazon Prime Video teased the show’s return with a brand-new trailer that promises “a biblical war” between good and evil.

The first trailer sees Homelander using the power he has over Congresswoman Victoria Neuman to expand his influence. He tells the Seven they’ll have to do some terrible things for the greater good, claiming they’ll no longer be beloved celebrities but wrathful gods.

As for The Boys, Billy Butcher is trying to fix the mess he made by bringing his team back together and putting the time he has left to some good use.

“Butcher, with only months to live, has lost Becca’s son and his job as The Boys’ leader. The rest of the team are fed up with his lies. With the stakes higher than ever, they have to find a way to work together and save the world before it’s too late,” reads Amazon’s official logline.

Karl Urban and Antony Starr are coming back as Billy Butcher and Homelander in Season 4, along with Jack Quaid, Erin Moriarty, Jessie T. Usher, Laz Alonso, Chace Crawford, Tomer Capone, Karen Fukuhara, Colby Minifie, and Claudia Doumit. They’ll be joined by several new cast members, starting with Susan Heyward, Valorie Curry, and Jeffrey Dean Morgan.

The Boys will return to Amazon Prime Video for the eight-episode Season 4 on June 13.
