The much-anticipated second season of The Mandalorian will premiere on October 30 on Disney + and we’ve finally gotten an official trailer!
Season 2 will start where Season 1 left off with Pedro Pascal’s The Mandalorian and The Child continuing their mission while trying to keep safe from the Imperial Remnant officer Giancarlo Esposito’s Moff Gideon.
In the trailer, The Mandalorian is told by the Armorer to return The Child to his home planet and the Jedi outcasts. “You expect me to search the galaxy and return this creature to a race of enemy sorcerers?” the Mandalorian replies.
The Mandalorian and Baby Yoda travel by sea, land, and air and end up in a battle with the bad guys. While The Mandalorian spars with the bad guys, Baby Yoda is seen hiding under the metal hood of his hover-stroller.
Not much else is known about the second season besides for the cast which includes Season 1’s Pedro Pascal, Gina Carano, Carl Weathers, and Giancarlo Esposito. Timothy Olyphant, Rosario Dawson, and Temuera Morrison will be joining for the second season.
Back in April, a third season of The Mandalorian was announced.
