2019 has barely begun and already it has the promise of great things.
It’s been a while since we got to hang out with The Muppets, but that is about to change if one of our favorite characters is to be believed.
The last time the Jim Henson creations were on screen was way back in 2014 in Muppets Most Wanted, and before that in 2011 when Jason Segal starred in The Muppets.
But get ready for something exciting in 2019.
Kermit the Frog recently appeared on the KCAL morning show, where he told host Sandra Mitchell, “Well, we’ve got a big surprise planned for the new year. I’d tell you what it was, but I don’t know what it is either.”
Perhaps he and Miss Piggy will finally be getting back together?!
