Usher Lands a Las Vegas Residency for Summer of 2021

Grammy Award-winning singer Usher is heading to Las Vegas next summer. The R&B star announced that he booked a residency in Sin City which will see him performing 12 shows at the Colosseum at Caesars’ Palace.

According to the press release, the shows will include all of Usher’s biggest hits mixed with some new music. The “Yeah” singer will kick off the residency on July 12th, 2021, while the last performance is scheduled for January 1st, 2022.

“I have missed performing for my fans live, and I am so excited to see them in Las Vegas,” said Usher in a statement announcing the gig. “My residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace will be full of surprises and an Usher experience like they’ve never seen or heard before!”

Usher is one of the best-selling music acts, having sold over 80 million records worldwide. Over the course of his career, he landed nine No.1 singles and four No.1 albums, while winning eight Grammy Awards.

Usher is currently recording his new studio album, follow up to 2016’s Hard II Love, and should reportedly release it by the end of the year. He already released two singles in 2020; “Don’t Waste My Time” and “I Cry.”
