Usher has been dreaming about headlining the Super Bowl for as long as he can remember, and his dream will soon come true! After weeks of rumors and speculations, the R&B superstar has been confirmed as the Super Bowl LVIII halftime show headliner.

Usher released an official statement confirming he’ll perform at the Super Bowl LVIII and described this as an honor of a lifetime. He released a statement, thanking everyone who made this opportunity happen, and promised a show that would be unlike anything we’ve seen him do before.

Usher joined forces with Apple Music for a series of cheeky promotional videos that show him learning about his headlining performance. The series of funny clips sees the skeptical Usher talking on the phone with the likes of Kim Kardashian, Deion Sanders, Marshawn Lynch, and Odell Beckham Jr. and coming to terms with the fact his Super Bowl performance is truly happening.

Usher will take the stage at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada on February 11, 2024, when Super Bowl LVIII is set to take place. He’ll mark the occasion by dropping his next studio album Coming Home on the same day, which will feature his recently released single “Good Good” ft. Summer Walker and 21 Savage.
