It’s only a few weeks until we are reunited with the Pearson family and we can hardly wait!
With the third season of This Is Us set to premiere on the 25th of September, the cast of the Emmy award-winning series has teased that this is the best season yet!
At the end of season 2 we were subjected to even more timeline jumping as we got a sneak peek into the future of the Big Three.
“People know who these characters are, they trust us, and I think it allows us the freedom to expand the universe a little bit,” Mandy Moore who plays Rebecca told E! News.
But that doesn’t mean we won’t be heading to the past to see our beloved Jack, portrayed by Milo Ventimiglia.
In fact, we will be learning even more about him as the show examines his time in Vietnam and his relationship with his late brother, Nicky, who will be played by Will & Grace actor, Michael Angarano.
“For Jack, it’s about what makes this man that we have all fallen in love with. What are the things that happened to him in his younger years that have turned into this man that loves his wife, loves his family, and gave everything he could to them. So we’re going back in time to when he was in the service when he was in Vietnam,” says Milo.
Season 3 of This Is Us premieres on the 25th of September.
