Alicia Keys’ latest album Alicia was scheduled for March 20, but due to the coronavirus, it was pushed back until May 15 and then delayed indefinitely.
The singer finally announced a release date on social media saying that the album was coming while fans typed questions about the release date before saying, “September 18th, oh, oh, oh!” She captioned the post, “Save the date 9.18.20 ✨🎉✨”
A tracklist has yet to be announced, but it will probably include the singles she’s released in the past months, “Time Machine,” “Underdog,” “Show Me Love” (featuring Miguel), “So Done” (featuring Khalid), “Love Looks Better,” “Perfect Way to Die” and “Good Job.”
Keys has had a busy past few months—in January she hosted the Grammy Awards for the second consecutive year and in March, her memoir More Myself: A Journey was released. She also faced off with John Legend in a Verzuz battle in June.
