Joker and Harley Quinn are one of the most notorious comic book couples, and their wild dance will continue in Joker: Folie à Deux. The first trailer for the Joker sequel is here and it sees Joaquin Phoenix and Lady Gaga keeping each other on their toes.

Joker: Folie à Deux will reunite us with Arthur Fleck aka Joker, who found himself stuck at Arkham Asylum at the end of the last movie – but he’s no longer all alone. His life takes an even wilder turn when he meets a fellow asylum inmate Harley Quinn, who turns out to be a perfect partner in crime.

Joker: Folie à Deux has been billed as a musical, and the first trailer gives us a glimpse of several dance numbers we’ll get to see in the film. One of them sees Joker and Harley Quinn dancing to “What the World Needs Now (Is Love Sweet Love)” under the moonlight sky, while wearing elegant outfits featured in the film’s poster.

Joker: Folie à Deux will also star Brendan Gleeson, Catherine Keener, Jacob Lofland, Steve Coogan, Ken Leung, and Harry Lawtey, plus Zazie Beetz reprising her role from the first film. It will hit the theaters on October 4 via Warner Bros. Pictures.
