Prepare for More than One Bosley in the New “Charlie’s Angels”

There is something about the Stewarts…

Gone are the days when Charlie’s Angels worked in a small office where they were greeted each morning by Charlie’s omniscient voice and given their assignments by Bosley.

One Bosley.

Because it is now 2018 and the Townsend Agency has grown into a global security and intelligence agency — meaning just one Bosley (aka the name given to the liaisons who deal with the Angels) is not enough.

Elizabeth Banks, who is directing the new Charlie’s Angels — starring Kristen Stewart, Naomi Scott, and Ella Balinska as the kick-ass trio — will be doing double film duty by taking on the role of Bosley, but will now be supported by X-Men star, Patrick Stewart, as another such handler.

Kristen has previously said that the forthcoming version will be different from both the original TV series and 2000 film starring Drew Barrymore, Cameron Diaz, and Lucy Liu.

“The only reason to remake Charlie’s Angels was to do a super-woke version, with no objectification whatsoever,” the Twilight star told IndieWire.
