]]>They will be releasing the full trailer on New Year’s Day. The follow-up to John Krasinski’s A Quiet Place has been much anticipated since the chiller film was released in 2018. The second film will pick up where the first film ended and the clip shows still very much alive Abbot family (Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds, and Noah Jupe) walking quietly with Evelyn Abbott (Blunt) stepping carefully on her bandaged foot, trying to avoid making any unnecessary sounds.
The clip was first unveiled in movie screenings of Black Christmas, but Paramount recently released the teaser on Youtube. A Quiet Place Part II stars Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds, Noah Jupe, Cillian Murphy, and Djimon Hounsou.
The film is written and directed by John Krasinski and it’s executive produced by Allyson Seeger, Joann Perritano, Aaron Janus, Michael Bay, Andrew Form, Brad Fuller, and John Krasinski producing.
A Quiet Place Part II will be released in theaters on March 20, 2020.

]]>Writer Bryan Woods has alluded to the possibility of a follow-up film, saying the setting of A Quiet Place is “such a fun world” with “so many things you could do.” Not only that, but both Woods and co-writer Scott Beck claim there are still some unused relics from the initial film that could open doors for a potential continuation.
“We even have some of the set pieces already written for it. In a sense, that’s what you have to base it around. You have to figure out, what is the worst possible situation to put your characters in and go from there.”
Surely there’s no dearth of iconically lengthy film franchises in the horror genre starting with Puppet Master and ending with Saw, but at the same time, not every horror flick is sequel-worthy. Regardless, even though Blunt and Krasinski have yet to confirm any official sequel themselves, Woods and Beck have already left fans a trail of breadcrumbs.
