]]>Adele and Ed Sheeran will face each other in each category they’re nominated in, starting with the album of the year. Dave and Little Simz, who also received four nominations each, join them in this category, together with Sam Fender. They’re all also in the running for the artist of the year trophy.
When it comes to the song of the years, Brit Awards picked whooping 15 contenders. Sheeran’s “Bad Habits” and Adele’s “Easy on Me” are in the running, but they’ll have to face tough competition in “Cold Heart” by Elton John and Dua Lipa and “Clash” by Dave and Stormzy, among others.
When it comes to international categories, Billie Eilish, Doja Cat, Lil Nas X, Olivia Rodrigo, and Taylor Swift all received nominations for international artist of the year. The first four acts are also competing for the best international song, along with The Weeknd, Justin Bieber, Måneskin, and more.
The 2022 Brit Awards will take place on February 8th, 2022 at the O2 Arena in London, with Mo Gilligan serving as a host.

]]>Dave, the semi-autobiographical show about rapper and comedian Dave Burd, will return for season two.
The series, which recently concluded its first season is officially the network’s highest-ranking comedy series ever after dethroning Atlanta, bumping it from the number one spot.
Dave is co-created by Dave Burd and Jeff Schaffer. The duo also exec produced alongside Saladin Patterson, Kevin Hart, Scooter Braun, Greg Mottola, Marty Bowen, James Shin, Scott Manson, and Mike Hertz.
“We set out to make something special and it’s so gratifying to see the response this show has gotten,” said Burd. “This was my first rodeo, so I’m super excited to take another crack at it now that I’ve got some experience making television. It really feels like the sky is the limit with this show. I look forward to raising the bar even higher next year.”
Added Schaffer, “I am just so glad FX was crazy enough to give Dave Burd a TV show, and smart enough to make it better every step of the way. I’m really looking forward to another season — there are still parts of Dave’s anatomy we haven’t subjected America to.”
