As the music video unravels, they’re shown making a huge mess in their bedrooms, before reuniting in the street and dancing to the beat of this catchy song.
The duo developed this music video in partnership with the “Hope for the Day” suicide prevention movement. Lovato thanked them for their support and resources and expressed her hope this song will uplift people struggling with mental health and help them to keep going.
“I’m living proof that you never have to give into those [negative] thoughts. I’ve had many days where I’ve struggled but please let this song be an anthem to anyone who needs it right now. You can get through whatever it is you’re going through,” wrote Lovato on Instagram.

]]>Fresh off her chilling Grammys and Super Bowl performances, Lovato has a new gig as the host of a new talk show for the short-format content platform Quibi.
In Pillow Talk with Demi Lovato (working title), the Grammy winner will conduct candid, unfiltered conversations with guests — both experts and celebrities — exploring topics such as: activism, body positivity, gender identity, sex, relationships, social media and wellness.
“I’ve always considered myself someone that speaks honestly about issues that face my generation,” she said in a statement. “We’re excited to bring those frank conversations to a public forum, where people can have the opportunity to relate to the topics and guests, while finding room for laughter and learning.”
Quibi launches April 6th.

]]>Ferrell shared the clip Tuesday. The video, which doubled as a birthday shoutout to Lovato and a casting announcement was captioned with “Happy Birthday #DemiLovato!!! Famous baker and star of Netflix’s Eurovision, Will Ferrell, made you a cake.”
The singer-actress will star opposite Ferrell as well as Rachel McAdams and Pierce Brosnan.
Eurovision follows a pair of aspiring Icelandic musicians (Ferrell and McAdams), who are given the opportunity of a lifetime to represent their country at the annual song contest. Lovato will play Katiana, one of the best and most angelic singers in all of Iceland. Brosnan is Ferrell’s on-screen dad who happens to be Iceland’s most handsome man.
David Dobkin (Wedding Crashers) is directing from a script by Ferrell and longtime collaborator, Adam McKay. McKay will also serve as executive producer on the project.
