The Return of a Major Wonder Woman Character in the Sequel

Spoiler alert: As revealed by director Patty Jenkins, we’ll see a big plot twist in the Wonder Woman sequel.

Jenkins tweeted an image of Chris Pine playing Steve Trevor today, writing: “Welcome to WONDER WOMAN 1984, Steve Trevor! #WW84”

This surprised fans as Trevor died in the first Wonder Woman film. The details of his returning in the sequel are still unknown. We’ll have to watch the movie to see what brings Trevor back nearly 70 years after he died in the first installment.

Wonder Woman 1984 will be released in November next year.
