]]>After several delays, Drake finally shared For All the Dogs with the world on October 6, and his fans couldn’t wait to hear it in full. It earned 402,000 album-equivalent units during its first week on the chart, becoming Drake’s 13th No. 1 album in the U.S. The only two acts with more chart-toppers are Jay-Z with 14 and The Beatless with 19.
As for his success on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, “First Person Shooter” ft. J. Cole became Drake’s 13th No. 1 hit in the United States. He tied Michael Jackson for the most chart-toppers among solo male artists, but Rihanna (14), Mariah Carey (19), and The Beatles (20) are still ahead.
Since all 23 tracks from For All the Dogs debuted on the Hot 100 chart, Drake brought his career total of Hot 100 entries to 320, becoming the first artist to cross the 300-song mark. He also extended the record for most No. 1 debuts (nine), top five hits (41), top 10 hits (76), top 20 hits (132), and top 40 hits (199).

]]>The tattoo is a reference to a famous event from Paris Fashion Week in 2018 that saw Abloh actually launching a kite at the runway during the Louis Vuitton’s menswear show.
Drake’s new ink was done by renowned Los Angeles-based tattoo artist Joaquin Ganga, who shared the artwork on his social media profile.
“A remembrance of the great Virgil Abloh done on Drake,” Ganga captioned the photo.
Drake and Abloh were close friends with Drake referencing Abloh multiple times in his verses including the feature on Future’s track “Life Is Good.” The two also collaborated on several project together while Abloh helped Drake redesign his private jet back in 2020.
Virgil Abloh suddenly passed away in November. It was later revealed that Abloh has been battling rare form of heart cancer for the past two years. He was an influential figure in the fashion world, being lauded for his progressive and unique designs that bridged streetware and luxury.

]]>Both shows, which are part of his Aubrey and The Three Migos tour, were scheduled to take place in Miami.
“I just wanted to say how sorry I am about these two Miami shows. I got so ill so fast and I had never experienced anything like that in my life,” the “In My Feelings” singer explained on his Instagram Story. “Unlike other show cancellations or date adjustments, due to production issues this one fell on me and I just want to apologize because I hate letting down anyone who come to share these moments with us.”
The 31-year-old continued by writing, “Thank you to the two doctors and nurse that helped me with round-the-clock care. Miami deserves 100 percent and I promise that experience when we return. Thank you god for allowing me to recover and continue. On we go.”
And continue he has as he hits New Orleans and Dallas this week.
The Miami shows have been rescheduled for the 13th and 14th of November.
Feel better, Drake!
